Stanway originally composed many of the poems in the book from 1979 through the late 80s. About the author
Patricia Stanway was born in Derbyshire, England. At the age of 25, Stanway emigrated to Canada, and she presently lives in Bromont, Quebec. She previously worked in insurance and education, and she recently retired from teaching to pursue her passion for writing full-time. "A Life's Tapestry" is her first book, and she is in the process of writing another. Stanway is divorced and has a daughter and two grandchildren.
