Author Teaches Children About the Power of Prayer and Having Trust in the Lord to Overcome Challenges in New Book
In 'Emily and the Sea Creatures,' Candidie shares a motivational story about a guardian angel who teaches sea creatures how to follow their faith
ASHLAND, Wis., Jan. 31, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Author Candidie has published her first children's book, which grabs the attention of children while teaching them a valuable lesson about faith. The main character is Emily, the guardian angel of all sea creatures. She teaches children that they can live a life full of bliss if they follow their faith. "Emily and the Sea Creatures" is an uplifting story, charmingly illustrated by the author herself, that will become a favorite new bedtime read for children and parents to share together.
When Candidie had the idea to write a story about a guardian angel who teaches sea creatures how to pray, the writing began to effortlessly flow off her hand. She believes that children are impressionable, often emulating what they see, so she took this opportunity to teach them about the Lord and all the love and protection he offers.
"With the uncertainty of current times, children need to be aware that even though it seems like it may be, life is not full of peaks and valleys. They need to know that there is a medium, a sort of plateau, that we can all glide along if we choose the lord," the author said.
Ultimately, "Emily and the Sea Creatures" shares an inspiring and encouraging story about a guardian angel who teaches all the creatures in the sea about the power of prayer. Candidie hopes to enlighten children with the knowledge that those who follow the Lord will navigate through life with ease. She has dedicated the book to her late husband, Frank, who inspired and taught her so much about how to live her own life through faith and perseverance.
