EMERYVILLE, Calif., May 11, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Zishan Evans has completed his new book "On Love": a gorgeous collection of poems, all focused on the central theme of love. Evans is the product of a Mississippi and Arkansas family. He was born and reared on Chicago's great south side and in his early youth was a strong adherent of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. Since he was seventeen years of age, he has studied music, creative writing, drama, and the theater. He's attending Chicago's grammar and high schools and earned his college degree in Chicago. He currently lives and works in Northern California.
Published by Page Publishing, Evans's book centers around the theme of Love in all its forms, whether romantic love, the love between a mother and child, love of oneself, love in nature, love of the past, and love that guides the future. Each entry is full of hope and wonder at the world.
Evans writes, "I am a romanticist, a dreamer, a positive thinker. I see the world as a place to flourish and do better. I am sure, we are here to love and to be loved. Love is what I look for in a sea and sky and star. Love is what I look for in all that things that are."
"On Love" includes original artwork by Reyaldo Logrono, family photos, and a cover design by Maria L. Evans.
Readers who wish to experience this collection on love or share it with the ones they love can purchase "On Love" at bookstores everywhere, or online at the Apple iTunes Store, Amazon, Google Play, or Barnes and Noble.
