Author Cora Phenix's New Book "Little Storm" Is a Charming Story About the Important Roles of the Sun and Different Kinds of Clouds in the Sky for Young Readers
Recent release "Little Storm" from Page Publishing author Cora Phenix is a lighthearted children's story centered on a melancholy storm cloud who feels sad that he travels across the skies, crying wet tears upon the earth. The sun and regular cloud help him to understand the important job his tears perform for the trees, flowers, and all living things.
NEW YORK, April 14, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Cora Phenix, a Romanian-born writer who now lives in the US with her husband and three daughters, has published her latest book "Little Storm": a sweet story about nature for elementary-aged children.
"Little Storm" came to Cora Phenix shortly after she gave birth to her first daughter, Rhea. She was lying in bed one night, sleep-deprived, trying to get some rest. Next thing she remembers was these verses ringing loud and clear in her head: "Little Cloud and Little Storm / Met one day when it was warm." She jumped up, picked up her phone from her dresser, and wrote them down. The next morning, she looked at them, and in less than an hour, she wrote the entire thing. Words were coming to her as if whispered by someone else who already knew them, like a dictation. She had no struggle putting them down. For the past five years, the original manuscript, written and painted on 5 canvases by the author, sat on a wall in her children's bedroom waiting to be published. The new mother stage she has just entered then opened a door and allowed this to come out. That fragile little human in her arms who was crying when hungry, laughing when happy, and sleeping when tired inspired this story and brought it to life.
Cora shares, "I dedicate this book to you, new mom from the past, present, and future, and to your little children to tell you that you are a miracle! You are divine perfection and everything you do is perfect!"
Published by Page Publishing, Cora Phenix's engrossing book is a delightful addition to any children's library.
Readers who wish to experience this engaging work can purchase "Little Storm" at bookstores everywhere, or online at the Apple iTunes store, Amazon, Google Play, or Barnes and Noble.
