PORTVILLE, N.Y. (PRWEB) October 31, 2018
Dan Hale, a county legislator, artist, and an autodidactic student of history, has completed the new book “Power, Politics, and the Political Spectrum”: a collection of observations and ideas on how the nation’s approach to politics has shifted over the years.
“This book is about the trials and tribulations of the American people and their republic,” Hale said of his book. “A friend asked me why liberals today won’t use the term: ‘Radical Islamic Terrorists,’ and although I knew the answer, I had a difficult time explaining it. I wasn’t happy with my response, and once I decided to organize my thoughts and put it all on paper, it resulted it in this book.”
Published by New York City-based Page Publishing, Hale’s book explores issues such as the loss of national identities, patriotism and national pride, and even the role religion plays in politics.
Hale has lead an active civic life in his community of Portville, New York, serving as a member of the Planning Board for several years, and then as the town judge where he sat on the bench for almost eight years. He is presently a county legislature and has been active on a county level for many years.
Readers who wish to experience this insightful work can purchase “Power, Politics, and the Political Spectrum” at bookstores everywhere, or online at the Apple iTunes store, Amazon, Google Play or Barnes and Noble.
