About the Author
Richard Lowe was born in Manhattan, Kansas. After attending school, he joined the United States Marine Corps. The author is a retired Houston police officer, serving for over 20 years. He is familiar with human suffering, agony, and affliction. He currently resides in Katy, Texas, where he attends the Pentecostals of Katy and is active in several ministries.
