Jobie Sprout has published an inspiring, humorous, and thought-provoking collection of poetry that bridges the gaps between joy and pain, loneliness and companionship. In “Paradontic: Poetic, Monologs, and Storytellings, Based on Tales of Love, Faith, Encouragement, and Romance,” Sprout travels deep into the mind and soul of the feminine inner being and celebrates victories and stumbles alike as she explores the mundane rhythm of day-to-day life.
Sprout’s varied collection covers topics like religious inspiration, family relationships, and even sex. Written for the faithful and the weary of the world, “Paradontic” will help readers discover laughter and light in the face of darkness, inspire conversation and reflection, ignite personal growth, and rekindle one’s love life.
“Throughout this book, you’ll find no room for haters,” Sprout wrote in the dedication of “Paradontic.” “Learn how to enjoy life with those you’re blessed to have in your life. Families are deserving of your love, first and foremost. I pray that you’ll find my storytelling insightful, delightful, and a bit spicy.”
Ultimately, Sprout’s poems highlight the importance of cultural story sharing and encourage others to honestly explore their own lives and experiences with humor and candor. “Paradontic” also calls upon readers to celebrate differences, approach life with bold curiosity, and create more openness in their communication with others.
