Troy Moore, a 20+ year veteran of automotive titling services and former COO of VINtek, has taken the position of Chief Business Development Officer with DDI Technology. Moore brings a wealth of knowledge related to title processing and title management to one of the industry's fastest growing companies.

Moore, the previous Chief Operating Officer of VINtek and a GM Chairman's Honors Award Winner, brings over 20 years of experience in automotive title and registration services. While at VINtek, Moore was directly responsible for the company's growth surge and transformation into one of the nation's leading providers of title services. During Moore's tenure at General Motors Acceptance Corporation, he spearheaded the title and contract administration for over 6 million consumer accounts. He is also recognized as an industry expert and innovator in vehicle title processing, including Electronic Lien and Title (ELT) and paper title management.
Effective immediately, Troy Moore will focus on the continued growth and success of DDI Technology's services by ensuring new developments and additional capabilities are implemented to enhance DDI's robust suite of products.
