We are very excited about this new business location! It’s a great opportunity to connect with a whole new group of customers in the Northern California and Northern Nevada areas.

AV Programming Associates (AVPA), an independent Crestron and Extron programming company, announced recently that they have expanded their business to include a new location in Lake Tahoe, Nevada. The company will maintain its office headquarters in San Diego, California, where they have been since 2001, but will now have a second location that will serve the Northern California and Northern Nevada areas. In addition, the new office will help support the Crestron and Extron programming work AVPA does across the country and around the world.

Lake Tahoe is home to many luxury residences, making it a prime location for a company that specializes in programming for high-end smart home installations. In their many years of business, AVPA has worked with thousands of residential customers to give them customized home automation and home control capabilities. The programming done by AVPA gives homeowners control over any and all of the home’s systems, including lighting, HVAC, security, pool and spa, audiovisual, and more.

The new AVPA location will also provide programming services and programming support for companies in Northern Nevada and Northern California looking for more than just “out-of-the-box” solutions to their audiovisual needs. With a talented team of Crestron and Extron certified programmers, AVPA is able to give companies the functionality they are looking for in the audiovisual systems, while still making them intuitive and easy to use for the average employee.

Matthew Grisafe, president of AVPA, had this to say about their new Lake Tahoe location, “We are very excited about this new business location! It’s a great opportunity to connect with a whole new group of customers in the Northern California and Northern Nevada areas. We anticipate working with many Lake Tahoe homeowners to upgrade their homes, using Crestron programming to give their homes advanced, customized functionality. We also plan to connect with the business community in the Reno and Tahoe areas, and work with them to accommodate the specialized audiovisual needs of modern companies.”

Grisafe continued, “San Diego is still our company’s ‘home base,’ but we felt like launching a second location would open up some great new opportunities for us. In addition, Nevada is a very business-friendly state, where the economy is currently booming. Making this move at this point in time seems like the right move for our company.”
