Avionos, which designs and implements digital commerce and marketing solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes, builds on its successful commerce practice with the hire of John Brumbaugh to lead its New York office. Brumbaugh is a proven innovator in eCommerce bringing both technical expertise as a platform architect and developer as well as strategic vision as practice leader to Avionos.

Avionos’ rapid innovation approach to consulting and implementation enables its clients to see outcomes in weeks instead of months. This approach to digital marketing and ecommerce consulting is iterative and results-driven. In short timeframes, Avionos helps clients define their roadmap, drive customer engagement, transform customer experiences and ultimately unlock new revenue.

Brumbaugh will continue driving these results for Avionos clients. Throughout his nearly 20 years’ experience, he has implemented every major eCommerce software from CloudCraze, Magento, Hybris, and Demandware to Adobe for both B2B and consumer companies. Key brands he’s worked with include Starbucks, Kohl’s, Levi’s, Cargill Salt, Grainger, Honeywell and more. Most recently he has focused on high-volume retail multi-channel initiatives for manufacturers and retailers.

“I’m extremely excited to join the talented team at Avionos, many of which I’ve worked with in the past,” said John Brumbaugh. “Consumers, both B2B and B2C, have changed how they make purchases, and the way brands present themselves and interact with their customers has evolved in turn. At Avionos, we’re on the forefront of delivering a seamless connected customer experience that directly reflects that change.”

“There is massive opportunity for us to help brands, particularly B2B brands, to provide the kind of customer experience that today’s buyers demand,” said Scott Webb, President of Avionos. “We’re very familiar with the stellar work John has led and are excited to have him on board to help us define the processes we use, the technologies we investigate and the direction in which we will move as commerce continues to change throughout the industry.”

With the latest high impact hires, Avionos is strategically positioned to continue its 200 percent year over year growth both in revenue and headcount. The company was recently ranked #57 on Crain’s Best Places to Work, has a platinum partnership with CloudCraze (recently purchased by Salesforce), and has solidified partnerships with Adobe, Acquia, and commercetools. Avionos continues to implement next-level solutions and drive brand and revenue growth for more than 40 global brands.
