Avitus Group Ambassador Dayna Ott Named 2018 Avitus Group Ambassador MVP; Inducted into Prestigious MVP Club & Awarded for Achievements Related to Work, Volunteer, Grow
DENVER (PRWEB) September 19, 2018 -- “Dayna has taken full advantage of her opportunities as an ambassador and we’re proud of her. She consistently displays a positive, appreciative attitude and demonstrates a passion for her work and community. She is a wonderful ambassador of the Avitus Group brand,” says Avitus Group Ambassador Committee Member and Regional Operations Manager Dawn Holden.
Each year, one exemplary ambassador who has gone above and beyond is selected as the MVP, Most Valuable Person, and inducted into the MVP Ambassadors Club. The 2018 Avitus Group Ambassador is Inception Administrative Assistant Dayna Ott from the company's Denver Metro Area (Aurora) office. The MVP receives a $1500 check and “Pay it Forward Dollars.” Avitus Group is also donating $1000 to a non-profit organization of Ott's Choice.
The ambassador program is a community of Avitus Group professionals who spend a life-changing year together working, volunteering in their local communities and growing both personally and professionally. The prestigious program is available exclusively to Avitus Group employees with a limited number of ambassadors selected each year. The company launched its ambassador program in 2018, naming its inaugural group of ambassadors in January.
“Selecting the MVP was a difficult decision for our committee as many of our ambassadors have gone above and beyond, and we thank them for their dedication,” says Avitus Group Ambassador Committee Chair and Public Relations Manager Dianne Parker. “Dayna’s enthusiasm in every ambassador project she has taken on stands out. On behalf our entire Ambassador Committee, we’re excited to recognize Dayna as the company’s first-ever Avitus Group Ambassador MVP.”
Ambassadors are encouraged to select ambassador projects designed to focus on three key areas: work, volunteer and grow. Ott’s ambassador’s projects include personal and professional development and community involvement via her selection into the prestigious Leadership Aurora Program, active membership in the chamber’s Women in Business group and bringing cheer to the Avitus Group office via “April showers bring May Flowers.” She is also a supporter of Colorado’s Project Limelight, the Aurora Chamber’s Military Appreciation Luncheon, the Rocky Mountain Honor Flight and Project Helping. Additionally, she serves as a church board member, youth counselor and inspirational coach.
I’m ecstatic to be selected as the MVP,” says Avitus Group Ambassador MVP Dayna Ott. “It has truly been an empowering and uplifting experience to be a part of the Ambassador program this year. Being an Ambassador for Avitus Group as well as in my personal life has meant the world to me. It has allowed me to continue striving for a more excellent spirit of service and involvement in my community, work and personal life. I have had the great opportunity to support local organizations and build relationships through volunteering, networking, and giving someone else another reason to smile. I always lend a listening ear to the needs of others, which only aides in my volunteer efforts to serve, and above all show appreciation. The program has a great set up and it has opened many doors for me. I am grateful. Thank you to Avitus Group for allowing me to join in this amazing program.”
“It has been inspiring to witness the personal and professional growth of not only Dayna, but all of our ambassadors. I’m extremely proud of their efforts, dedication and spirit of giving. The impact this small group has made nationwide is humbling. We’re fortunate to be part of a company that truly cares about its employees and communities,” says Avitus Group Ambassador Committee Member and Regional Director of Operations Dee Hudson.
