Established in 2003 as a regional firm with just two team members, JSC has come a long way since its humble beginnings in one of the St. Louis Economic Development Partnership’s incubator spaces. The firm has grown through two strategic mergers and acquisitions to 17 team members serving healthcare organizations across the country.
Today, with annual company revenue approaching $3 million, JSC is well-positioned to experience continued growth and success in the upcoming years. An office expansion is underway to accommodate the company’s continued growth.

At its beginning, the company only offered physician recruitment services. Today, their service offerings include recruiting for healthcare executives and academic leadership positions for a nationwide client base.
