LEWISVILLE, Texas, April 9, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- BAART Programs Brighton, a BayMark Health Services Company, announced recently they now accept Health First Colorado for medication-assisted treatment (MAT) services helping those struggling with opioid addiction. As Colorado's State Medicaid program, Health First provides health care coverage for residents who qualify. BAART is pleased to expand accessibility to life-saving MAT treatment and counseling to Coloradans utilizing the Health First plan.
Open since January of this year, BAART Brighton provides MAT with methadone and buprenorphine, medications that are proven to help patients recover from opioid addiction when combined with individual and group counseling. The Brighton treatment program also provides addiction education, relapse prevention, lab testing, coordinated care for pregnant patients and linkages to community resources to assist patients on their path to recovery.
