Balluun Inc provides Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology connecting B2B buyers and sellers through vertical market networks. The product integrates B2B social network, e-Commerce marketplace and business applications all in one platform to enable sellers and buyers to connect, engage, and transact within industry-specific networks.

The restructuring was approved by the board of Balluun AG and implemented through a Management Buy Out (MBO) process. As a result of the restructuring, Balluun Inc retained all product, intellectual property, customers, partners, and the US-based team centralized in Silicon Valley. Deepak Gupta, former COO of Balluun and a veteran executive in B2B SaaS, is appointed CEO of the new company. "We are in a very unique and exciting situation," said Deepak.
