Mr. Flynn has deep experience in trade show management, healthcare services, business development, M&A and corporate strategy and has raised tens of millions in capital for his successful business ventures. Mr. Flynn currently serves as CEO of Vereco LLC, a Southern California based Healthcare IT Services company. Prior to that he served as Co-Founder and CEO of Auxilio Inc and later the CEO of CynergisTek Inc, an NYSE trade company and leading provider of healthcare cyber security services, after the two companies merged. Prior to his tenure in the healthcare IT industry, Mr. Flynn had spent over a decade in the international and domestic trade show industry, in several senior executive positions at Neilsen Expositions (now Emerald Expositions), Advanstar Communications, and E.J. Krause.
