The grant's purpose is to encourage enrollment and successful participation among traditionally underrepresented students in Sierra College's manufacturing programs. Target programs include Advanced Manufacturing, Drafting and Engineering, Mechatronics, Welding, and i3 (Invention and Inclusion Innovation Learning Community).

The grant's purpose is to encourage enrollment and successful participation among traditionally underrepresented students in Sierra College's manufacturing programs.
