BEND, Ore., Feb. 19, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Barb-Tech Tools is excited to announce 3 new mandrels to hold Parker 33782-X-X and 33982-X-X series Push-Lock fittings in # 4, 6, and 8 diameters along with a variety of AN fittings. These style fittings are widely used but some of the toughest to hold while pushing hose onto because of the lack of a support surface area in line with the barbed end. The new mandrels support the fitting on the collar right next to the barbed end for a straight smooth push into the hose every time.

Barb-Tech II Push-Lock hose assembly tool is designed to work with Push-Lock style hose and many fittings from ¼" to ¾ " ID. The tool has a changeable mandrel system designed to hold a variety of Push-Lock barbed fittings compatible with each size hose, it develops up to 300 PSI of insertion force to easily install even the toughest fittings. At 1.9 lbs., the tool is portable and light weight for easy field service repairs yet rugged enough for repetitive production applications. The Barb-Tech II Kit comes with 2 male and 2 female mandrels to accommodate a wide range of straight Push-Lock fittings as well as AN fittings. The 3 new mandrels were designed in response to customer demand and can be ordered as options to add to your kit.
