A longtime VAI customer, Barnwell House of Tires implemented VAI's S2K Mobile Proof of Delivery (POD) application to overcome challenges in verifying deliveries and signing invoices that began at the onset of the pandemic, so it could keep its workforce socially distanced and safe.
VAI's S2K Mobile POD application is a powerful solution for effective and efficient delivery confirmation. The application replaces the face-to-face paperwork process of capturing signatures with a socially distanced and efficient paperless process to confirm the delivery of merchandise by capturing signatures and photographs electronically.

Beyond proof of delivery, S2K Mobile POD features include road delivery status updates by route and driver, tracking and location capabilities, capture signature, shorts and returns processing, and payment collection and delivery receipt via print or email. Barnwell House of Tires plans to implement S2K Mobile POD for road service trucks to take photos of vehicles and services for picture capture instead of the current paper process.
