Today Bravo reveals a new set of features in its Pawn Platform, giving pawnshops something scarcely available in today’s market: software developed based on pawnbroker feedback that is easy to use and simple to implement.
New credit card processing integration, biometric login, decline offer, and interfaced help tools are now available to help pawnbrokers execute their 2020 goals, without the outdated experience that comes with legacy systems and bolt-on technology.
Bravo is dedicated to the pawn industry, especially pawnbrokers who want to take their business to the next level. Their 2020 mission remains the same: to help pawnbrokers grow and stay competitive by providing the best product innovation and customer support.
To that end, Bravo is focused on continuing to provide pawnbrokers the best technology, onboarding, and customer support; and the 2.5.3 release shows their continued dedication to their vision.
Here’s what’s new:
Bravo remains the only pawn software platform to provide its’ customers with a mobile app, called MobilePawn. To provide customers with more flexibility and consumers with a better user-experience, Bravo has partnered with BLUEDOG, a pawn and firearm friendly payment processor.
Efficiency and speed of transactions is one of Bravo’s key initiatives in 2020. This release includes biometric login and “Decline Offer” on Buya offers to drive efficiency at the counter.
In addition to hiring the industry’s most experienced trainer, Mandi Wirtala, the 2.5.3 release also includes new “Help Tools” throughout the interface. These tools provide helpful documentation for users to quickly educate themselves on unfamiliar functions. This addition empowers users to truly use Bravo’s vast functionality easily and quickly.
With plenty of other customer suggested updates and customizations, Bravo 2.5.3 promises to be the most powerful software on the market.
