AppleGate Recovery Oakdale, a satellite office for the Lake Charles location, will provide proven medication-assisted treatment (MAT) with buprenorphine or Suboxone® by prescription along with counseling. AppleGate was founded in Louisiana in 2008, and has expanded across the state and the country, now providing care for individuals struggling with opioid addiction at 18 clinics in 8 states, including 6 in Louisiana.
