BEAM Central Vacuum Delivers Healthier Living in St. Jude Dream Home

They have contributed and installed a BEAM Central Vacuum System in the 2015 St. Jude Dream Home in St. Louis, in partnership with the home's builder, Payne Family Homes, one of the largest builders in the St. Louis area.
Appraised at $560,000, the home will be open for tours on weekends, starting July 25. Visitors can purchase $100 tickets for a chance to win the home in a raffle that will take place Sept. 3. Payne anticipates selling more than 10,000 raffle tickets and making a donation over $1 million. The entire proceeds from the raffle will be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

In addition to the BEAM Alliance system, the house also comes equipped with two VacPan Automatic Dustpans to allow quick cleanup of crumbs and debris in the kitchen and mud room. The user simply kicks on the unit located at the base of the cabinets and sweeps debris anywhere close to it. From there it is immediately whisked out to the tank in the garage. In addition, the workshop in the garage is outfitted with a WallyFlex, a compact, wall-mounted expandable auxiliary hose designed for easy cleanup of lint and any other debris.
