The Commander can also process personalized packages, including the matching of multiple inputs, with its Optical Mark Recognition (OMR), Barcode Recognition (BCR) and 2D reading capabilities.
The Commander's modular design allows for multiple configurations, with the ability to add up to eight insert stations that can handle a wide range of functions, including single sheets, books, staple sets, pre-folded items or return envelopes. The insert stations also enable operators to pre-select the number of items fed from each station and automatically switch to another station when one runs low.
With the addition of the Commander, Bell and Howell further enhances its wide range of inserting and finishing solutions for transactional mail, direct mail and specialty mail operations.
