Hallenbeck brings more than 20 years relationship and partnership development experience to benefitexpress, across a variety of roles at leading benefits organizations. In her most recent role as Senior Vice President of a leading health savings and consumer-directed benefits firm, she led the organization’s largest revenue-contributing teams and has a stellar reputation for collaboration, process implementation, leadership and focus on team member development.

In addition to the appointment of Hallenbeck as Chief Growth Officer, a new role has been established within her organization. Allen Niemynski is now Broker and Advisor Relationship Executive, reporting to Hallenbeck. In his new role, Niemynski will champion the growth and expansion of new and existing benefits broker relationships and serve as firm’s steward for Sourcing Advisors whose employer clients require a high-touch, service-oriented full outsourcing partner. Niemynski has been a leading sales professional in the benefits industry and joined benefitexpress a year ago from another benefits outsourcing firm, where he received multiple years of President’s Club recognition and rewards for his solution-selling efforts on behalf of employer clients.
