Prior to joining RealManage, Ben served as an officer in the United States Navy where he was an accomplished Naval Aviator. During his service, Mr. Yaeger participated in 2 overseas deployments, and flew over 100 missions in support of Operations New Dawn and Enduring Freedom. In his last tour in the Navy, Mr. Yaeger was as an assistant professor at North Carolina State University, where he helped develop the next generation of leaders and taught courses in leadership, ethics, and management. Before leaving, he was selected as a national finalist for the Chief of Naval Education's Instructor of the Year award. Mr. Yaeger earned an undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Virginia and has a Master’s degree from North Carolina State University. “Ben is an enthusiastic, intelligent and caring leader.
