NEW BUFFALO, Mich., Feb. 7, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago is pleased to announce that their New Buffalo office is moving to 1 N. Whittaker Street in downtown New Buffalo in February, 2022. The new space is close to Lake Michigan and one block from the present location at 30 W. Buffalo Street.

The new BHHS Chicago office will occupy a portion of the building located at the corner of Whittaker Street and Buffalo Street. Additional tenants in the building include the Home Town Pharmacy, a long-term tenant, as well as a yet-to-be-disclosed 300 seat new restaurant and an additional retail space. The BHHS Chicago office is approximately 1,475-square-feet and will have a contemporary beach vibe with warm tones, and an espresso bar and bar stools rather than a traditional lobby. There will also be collaborative workspace, agent desks and a conference room. The transition to the new office is expected to take place by the end of February, 2022.
