CHICAGO, March 24, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago was named among the Top 10 brokerages in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices national network. The honor, known as the Berkshire Elite Circle, was announced during the annual sales convention in Louisville, Kentucky. Diane Glass, CEO, enthusiastically accepted the award on behalf of the firm's 1,400 agents in 24 offices.
In additional awards categories, the firm's Michigan Avenue office, located at 980 N. Michigan Avenue and Lincoln Park Clybourn office located at 1800 N. Clybourn ranked among the top 10 offices in the national network for Gross Commission Income (GCI) and Units.
Individual agents and teams were also recognized for their outstanding 2021 achievements.
The MG Group, of the Lincoln Park Clybourn office, was recognized among the Large Teams in the national network based on Total Gross Commission Income (GCI) and Residential Units. The Pattie Murray Team of the Glen Ellyn office was recognized among the Medium Teams for Residential Units and Total GCI. Klopas Stratton Team of the Michigan Avenue office ranked among the top teams for Total GCI. Michael Rosenblum, of the firm's Michigan Avenue office, ranked #1 in the Midwest Region for Total GCI.
Additionally, six BHHS Chicago brokers received the 5 Year Legend award for five consecutive years of exceptional sales. They are: Maureen O'Grady-Tuohy of the Lake Forest office; Keith Goad of the Michigan Avenue office; Katie Claypool of the Wheaton office; Akos Ethan Straub and Karen Ranquist of the Lincoln Park Clybourn office and Jim Streff of the Bucktown office.
Receiving the 10 Year Legend Award for 10 consecutive years of sales excellence were Diana and Chuck Ivas of the Hinsdale office and Elaine Pagels of the Downers Grove office.
