Hariadi, who has served as the branch leader of the company's Annapolis office since 2014 and Severna Park office since 2018, has worked in the real estate industry for over two decades. In her new role, she will focus on coaching agents, and overseeing strategic growth initiatives in Anne Arundel County.

Hariadi is a graduate of St. Louis High School in St. Louis Michigan, and Michigan Technological University in Houghton, Michigan.
