Cybera’s Executive Vice President of Marketing Included on List of Exceptional Women Acclaimed for Their Contributions to Channel Advocacy, Growth, Thought Leadership, and Dedication to the IT Channel

“It is a great honor to be recognized by one of the most well-known and highly respected voices in the channel industry, and to be included in such a distinguished group of peers,” said Bethany Allee, Executive Vice President of Marketing, Cybera.

Cybera, the leader in SD-WAN application network and security services for the network edge, today announced that CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has named Bethany Allee, Executive Vice President of Marketing, to its esteemed 2020 Women of the Channel list for the second consecutive year. Recognizing the unique strengths, vision, and achievements of a select group of women, this prestigious annual list acknowledges channel leaders who are blazing a trail for future generations. These women are from all areas of the IT ecosystem, including technology vendors, distributors, solution providers, and other IT organizations.

The CRN® editorial team selects the honorees from an extensive list of exceptional women acclaimed for their contributions to IT channel advocacy, growth, and thought leadership. Allee was chosen for her core achievements in advancing the Cybera channel business, which included reframing the Cybera marketing organization and overall business model.

During this period of business transformation, Allee led the marketing team and devised the strategy responsible for growing Cybera’s channel program 9X from 2018 to 2019. To scale up Cybera’s support model for that growth, Allee and her team launched a new partner program and portal, AdvantageONE, that is now used by all Cybera partners.

As part of this transformation, Cybera’s emerging growth strategy is now focused on building new partnerships, primarily in the retail and quick-serve restaurant verticals, to enhance the company’s existing partnerships in the petro convenience store market. Through their partnerships with Cybera, these organizations are helping their customers meet critical business objectives and tight governance timelines for key industry initiatives, such as the looming outdoor EMV® compliance deadline.

“CRN’s 2020 Women of the Channel list recognizes an accomplished group of influential women leaders whose strategic vision and unique achievements accelerate channel growth through cultivated partnerships, innovative thought leadership, and unwavering dedication to the IT channel,” said Bob Skelley, CEO of The Channel Company. “We are proud to honor them for their accomplishments and contributions to driving channel success.”

“It is a great honor to be recognized by one of the most well-known and highly respected voices in the channel industry, and to be included in such a distinguished group of peers,” said Bethany Allee, Executive Vice President of Marketing, Cybera. “This award speaks not only to my efforts, but also to those of my outstanding team, who have pushed Cybera to excellence since the very beginning. I am proud of the work we've done to support the needs of our partners’ customers by simplifying their operations and reducing IT costs with a low-maintenance, turnkey network platform. It’s been incredibly rewarding to see how our solution has helped both our partners and their customers leverage the cloud model to achieve zero-touch installation, configuration, and maintenance in the midst of the COVID-19 situation.”

The 2020 Women of the Channel list will be featured in CRN® Magazine on June 8 and online at
