Weihai BETTEX International Trading Co., Ltd. (BETTEX), the Chinese knitwear supplier, has successfully implemented Centric Software’s Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution. Established in 2001, BETTEX is the largest knitwear exporter to Europe from mainland China. BETTEX is highly customer-oriented and provides services to top fashion and retail customers including AMAZON, ZARA, TOPSHOP, M&S, Mango, Massimo Dutti, Etam and C&A.

BETTEX has shifted from a single product category to multiple product categories, and from a single business model to a platform model. Facing greater standardization and digitalization, BETTEX needed a digital solution to tackle challenges posed by incomplete data libraries and scattered information. The COVID-19 pandemic reinforced the need for streamlined digital collaboration, and BETTEX finally found the right digital transformation partner in Centric Software.

BETTEX chose Centric SMB, a cloud-based, flexible SaaS PLM solution for emerging enterprises. Launched in May 2020, the PLM project was completed in just eight weeks and went live on time.
