BHC RHODES civil engineering and surveying firm hired Missy Behymer as Business Development Lead for their joint use telecom services. Behymer spent 36 years with Westar Energy Inc. (now Evergy) in joint use and GIS roles. Behymer serves on the National Joint Utilities Notification System (NJUNS) board as a Director for the State of Kansas.
