B2 Bistro already has locations in Point Pleasant Beach, Red Bank, North Brunswick, New Jersey and in West Reading, Pennsylvania. The restaurant will undergo major renovations including a new bar area, glass garage doors leading out to the patio, an open kitchen with a wood-fired pizza oven, grill and sushi station along with new exterior finishes and a new private event space expansion. At full capacity, the Toms River restaurant will be able to seat 284 and offer an 80-guest banquet and a new patio for al-fresco dining. Restaurant dining will continue during the "strategically phased" renovation period.
