The BigContacts Outlook plugin is now available for Outlook 2007, 2010 and 2013 with new BigContacts 2.0 platform. The plugin is available free of charge to all BigContacts 2.0 users. With the new plugin account administrators will be able to choose the level of synchronization that they want for each individual user in the company/team. In addition the new plugin allows the administrator to select which specific contacts, meetings, or tasks will synchronize from BigContacts into that user's Outlook account. Administrators can also determine how often they’d like the program to synchronize which can occur as often as every minute. The extreme flexibility of the plugin give administrators complete control and can be easily customized to fit any business model.
