BirthCertificate.us.org Seeking Children's Charities to Support
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) October 24, 2013 -- BirthCertificate.us.org is searching for non-profit groups that work hard to help at-risk children, the company said yesterday.
“Our business is going strong, and we now want to find ways to give back to the community,” a BirthCertificate.us.org spokesman said. “Given the nature of our business, finding one or more children's charities to support seems like the logical move for us to make.”
BirthCertificate.us.org is looking for charities where the majority of money goes directly to help children and isn't absorbed by administration salaries, he said.
“We want to make sure that our money helps really make a difference in the lives of children,” he said. “That is why we are doing exhaustive research before we decide what charities to support.”
BirthCertificate.us.org is also asking their customers for suggestions about reliable non-profit groups, he said.
“We are not simply looking for large national or multinational non-profits to support,” the BirthCertificate.us.org spokesman said. “If our customers know about smaller, local charities that are also doing good work, we'd like to hear about them.”
BirthCertificate.us.org says the goal is to become a good corporate neighbor.
“We don't think that running a company is simply about making profits,” he said. “We believe the end goal should be to make the community a better place. We want to be a friend to the community.”
The company will make an announcement next month about which charities it plans to support, he said.
“We welcome feedback and information from anyone with information about good children's charities,” he said.
