Biscom’s outstanding customer support team receives honor for the third consecutive year

Biscom, a leading provider of enterprise fax and secure document delivery for regulated industries, today announced it has been named a Bronze Stevie® Award in the ‘Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year - Technology Industries’ category in the 14th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals. The Stevie Awards organizes eight of the world’s leading business awards programs, also including the prestigious American Business Awards® and International Business Awards®.

More than 2,600 nominations from organizations in 48 nations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 180 professionals worldwide on seven specialized judging committees. Entries were considered in more than 90 categories for customer service and contact center achievements, more than 60 categories for sales and business development achievements, and categories to recognize new products and services and solution providers.

This award comes as Biscom customers are increasingly undergoing digital transformation efforts that require a high level of both technical and strategic support. With more than 30 years in business, and an average tenure of 11.5 years among technical support staff, the service team is known for its ability to bring in-depth knowledge to large and complex projects as well as quickly problem-solve one-off technical challenges. Through the judging period, Biscom’s support team continued to hold an overall rating of 9.7 out of 10 on random customer surveys received. In addition, by working closely with the engineering team to help identify potential issues, as well as implementing a Customer Success team to proactively reach out to customers, Biscom reduced its customer incoming ticket count by an average of 30 percent.
