NEW YORK (PRWEB) October 14, 2020
Bizagi, a leading enterprise cloud platform for Intelligent Process Automation, announced new industry accelerator solutions at its annual community conference – Bizagi Catalyst. This year’s virtual event brought together automation professionals from more than 70 countries, including speakers from Blue Prism, Forrester Research, SCOR, Generali, HSA Bank, and FM Global among others.
The solutions announced by Bizagi’s Senior Director of Product Marketing, Rachel Brennan and Professional Services Director, Marlando Rhule, are the first of many industry accelerators enabling companies to speed the delivery of digital transformation.
For financial services clients, Bizagi announced a Customer Onboarding & KYC Accelerator for managing the onboarding of new customers – along with the application of rules for anti-money laundering and other regulatory requirements. It provides an expandable foundation for banks to modernize and reuse expensive, yet vital, back-office processes to cut costs and gain efficiencies across multiple lines of business.
Benefitting public sector clients, Bizagi announced a Permit Lifecycle Management Accelerator, a process to help local municipalities provide transparency and efficiency to their residents. Both residents and municipal officials can monitor the progress of various permit applications through a resident portal. With no need to connect directly with municipal staff, both parties benefit from added visibility, traceability and efficiency to an often-cumbersome process.
“In these turbulent times, the ability to respond and adapt operations quickly is more important than ever. With numerous financial services and public sector customers solving the same challenges, we wanted to help them move faster and deliver results even more quickly than before,” said Bizagi CEO Gustavo Gomez.
To complement these solutions, Bizagi also announced new connectors for ABBYY and Microsoft Cognitive Services Natural Language Processing (NLP). The ABBYY connectors enable customers to turn unstructured data within documents into structured data ready for automation and automatically map fields and data, reducing manual efforts. The Microsoft NLP connector performs sentiment analysis, keyword identification, language detection and translations, helping clients eliminate the manual routing of incoming work by getting the information to the right people the first time.
