Bryan has an impeccable track record of delivering a consistent stream of revenue and boosting sales to unprecedented levels in spite of the economic and industry challenges he faced at that time.
Bryan is a tremendous leader and highly regarded senior sales professional who takes initiative in his work. He has excelled in generating sales as well as in using his analytical genius to solve complex business problems standing in his way. As Senior Vice President for Instant Imprints, he played a key role in revitalizing the company’s brand after it had experienced negative growth for 4 years straight. As a result of his hard work and commitment, Instant Imprints was added to the “Franchise 500” in 2013, less than two years after turning the brand around.
As a United States Navy veteran, Bryan initiated a Discovery Day that gave prospects the opportunity to show their respect to retired war vets and launched the Veteran Franchise Program for honoring the men and women who have served in the U.S. military. Furthermore, he has served as a member of the International Franchise Association Veteran Affairs Committee, a network of Franchises offering financial incentives to veterans seeking to become small-business owners of a franchise.
As the previous Vice President of Canadian Operations and later the Regional Vice President of the mid-Atlantic region for United Franchise Group (UFG), Bryan spent 20 years building the foundation for what developed over time into the world’s largest network of franchise systems, specializing in personalized business services such as signage, embroidery and outdoor advertising. From 2007 to 2010, Bryan helped award over 100 franchise licenses and personally awarded over 50 franchise licenses in the region on his own. Moreover, he generated numerous additional franchise licenses in that 3 year period and successfully developed the Resale Program, which added 20% to top- line sales and reduced the failure rate for all of the brands while increasing the annual sales and royalty payments for units that were resold.
