Melinda will primarily take care of incoming client accounts, including order facilitation and delivery, writer management, client satisfaction and more. Amber will work directly with Jean Little, the current Hiring Manager for BKA Content, to help with new writer applications and editing, including sample checks, hiring interviews, new writer training, and training portal development.
Melinda Rhodes is a graduate of Weber State University with a BA in Business Administration and an emphasis in Marketing. Professionally, she has 5 published articles in TWINS Magazine between 2008 and 2013 and has worked as a liaison between marketing executives and the catalog creative team at Franklin Covey from 2005-2007. Most recently, Melinda has been a freelance writer for BKA Content since March 2011 and has gained an extensive amount of experience in the SEO content industry, including an in-depth knowledge of the creation and distribution of varying types of SEO content.
Amber Morris is a graduated with a BA in English from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a BA in English as a member of the English Honor Society. Professionally, she has 5 years of experience editing various documents including legal opinion letters and published novels. She has also written book reviews for The Beehive (a conservative political and cultural newspaper with a monthly circulation of 400,000), and copy edited Music Made By Bears by Daniel Donatelli and Ave Molech by Galthor Publishing. Most recently, Amber has worked as a senior member of the editing team for BKA Content.
