INDIANAPOLIS, Sept. 19, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Dr. Shawn Dill and Dr. Lacey Book, co-owners of Black Diamond Consulting, LLC, a large consulting company for service entrepreneurs and ChiroSushi Media, LLC, a media, content creation and seminar company, recently announced their definitive merger agreement under which Black Diamond Consulting, LLC will acquire ChiroSushi Media Company, LLC.
