Cincinnati, Ohio (PRWEB) October 07, 2015 -- BlackbookHR, a Cincinnati-based technology company that measures and facilitates employee engagement, captures team feedback, and maps relationships among employees, expanded its team with three new hires who will help the company as it grows and brings new solutions to the human resources technology market.
Sean Mayo is BlackbookHR’s new director of solutions and sales. He developed a strong tech background working in the employee loyalty space for Excellence in Motivation in Dayton, Ohio, and continued on as senior account director after Aimia acquired EIM in 2010. He also spent time working as a digital marketing consultant independently and at Greenleaf Creative.
BlackbookHR expects Mayo to work closely with the company’s prospects and clients to map out solutions for their most challenging employee engagement issues. “Technology is the facilitator of employee engagement,” Mayo says. “The science and technology behind it gives you more than just answers — it can help you use the information to make an action plan.”
James Bills joins BlackbookHR as lead application developer. He has a strong background in front-end and back-end development for static and dynamic content sites from more than 10 years at Possible, a Cincinnati-based global digital marketing and design agency. For the past two years, he has worked in web technologies for Axcess Financial in Cincinnati.
Amy Ashworth joins BlackbookHR as a junior web developer. Prior to BlackbookHR, she worked at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center as a research assistant and at Northern Kentucky University as an undergraduate research assistant. She has a bachelor’s degree from Northern Kentucky in biology with a minor in chemistry and neuroscience.
