Bloom Equity Partners Announces Promotions & Additions to Team
NEW YORK (PRWEB) May 01, 2023 -- Jeffrey Hsiang is being promoted to Partner after adding tremendous value to the Bloom team for the past year. Jeff leverages more than 15 years of private equity and investment banking experience across multiple firms including Blackstone’s Private Equity Group, Diversis Capital, and Lazard M&A.
Jonathan Rosenblum has joined the firm as an Associate from K1 Investment Management where he covered control investments in enterprise software companies.
Amanda Greenberg has joined Bloom as Operating Partner from Vista Equity Partners.
Amanda has two decades of experience as both an operating partner and an operator across multiple sectors, including technology, software, media, and business services. She has a strong track record of driving significant, sustained growth and profitability through active partnership with world-class management teams.
Amanda also oversees BVC, the value creation arm of Bloom Equity Partners, focused on driving success for its portfolio companies. Partnering with Amanda and Bloom’s portfolio companies, Bloom has also added Tom Buiocchi and Sam Chandler as Operating Advisors.
Tom has had five exits throughout his long career in technology, including three as CEO or Founder, most recently serving as CEO of ServiceChannel (acquired for $1.2B in August 2021).
Sam is a career technology entrepreneur, recently serving as Founder and CEO of Nitro (ASX: NTO), a leading document productivity software company supporting 68% of the Fortune 500.
