REISTERSTOWN, Md., Nov. 30, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Maryland-based real estate investment firm, Blue Ocean, is pleased to welcome its newest tenant, Emanuel Tire LLC, to its 700k square foot industrial property in Baltimore County.
The Property, Halethorpe Industrial Complex, located at 1954 Halethorpe Farms Road, Halethorpe (Baltimore County), MD 21227, is situated on 35 acres of land and boasts convenient access to the state's most important highway systems, including I95, 695, and 895. The Halethorpe Industrial Complex was once a manufacturer of aircraft components during World War II.
Blue Ocean will be leasing 103,500 square feet of the complex to recycled rubber derived products manufacturer Emanuel Tire as they seek to expand their organization and footprint. CBRE's Michael Roden represented Emanuel Tire while Blue Ocean was represented by Trout Daniel & Associates' Jared Engel and Steven Cornblatt.
This new tenancy comes on the heels of a long-term 133,520 square foot lease with Barker Steel, a manufacturer of miscellaneous structural metal work products, such as metal plaster bases, fabricated bar joists, and concrete reinforcing bars. Barker Steel took over the space previously occupied by Arconic, a construction, aerospace, automotive, and industrial aluminum extruder. Barker Steel was represented by Toby Mink of CBRE, with Jared Engel and Steven Cornblatt of Trout Daniel & Associates once again representing Blue Ocean.
