Las Vegas-based design/build firm sets tone for 2020 with prestigious new custom home offering

Blue Heron, an award-winning design-build firm specializing in custom homes and boutique communities, has announced the launch of a new limited collection of homes known as Dragon Rock in Las Vegas. Following a record-setting year in sales for the visionary firm in its existing communities Obsidian, Vantage and The Bluffs, the addition of Dragon Rock introduces a new, design-forward homeownership opportunity in one of the city’s most sought-after enclaves. Dragon Rock will add to the growing portfolio for the brand, which includes custom homes, the Vision Collection, and Communities, boasting more than 250 homes in the Las Vegas area.

Active Selling Communities

  • Dragon Rock – The newest community in the Blue Heron portfolio, Dragon Rock is adjacent to the famous Dragon Ridge and nestled in the heart of the prestigious MacDonald Highlands master planned community. The community offers five of the most popular and often-requested Blue Heron home floor plans. Dragon Rock will feature a model home, set to begin construction in Spring 2020. Fifty lots are now available.
  • Obsidian – Carved into Black Mountain’s foothills, Obsidian is a private, double gated community of 33 homes with panoramic views of the Las Vegas Valley, including the Las Vegas Strip and vast mountain landscape. Each of the three floor plans, ranging from approximately 5,000 to 7,600 square feet, including impeccable desert landscape, energy-efficient technology and luxurious amenities. To date, half of the homes are sold and under contract, with homes starting at $1.8 million.
  • Vantage – On a bluff overlooking the shimmering Lake Las Vegas, Vantage is a luxury gated community of 37 unique homes with boundary-pushing elevations and modern detailing starting in the high $800,000s. 2020 Vision
