Engagement platform now integrates with Microsoft Azure to improve customer experience with AI

Blue Panda Communications, developer of CoreInteract, a Microsoft Azure-based digital engagement platform for contact centers, today announced an updated software version that delivers integration with Azure AI tools including Azure Cognitive Services. A Microsoft Co-Sell certified partner, Blue Panda continues to enable companies with their proprietary platform which delivers a superior yet elegant customer experience for contact centers worldwide. The announcement was made at the Microsoft Executive Industry Summit in Bellevue, Washington.

New features of the unique platform, built using Azure Cognitive Services and Azure Video Indexer, include speech to text and language translation, along with sentiment analysis. This release also includes Trinity, an innovative natural language Bot that has an ideal personality suited for customers. Trinity can be leveraged to provide services such as automated support through access to a customizable knowledge base to resolve support questions.

CoreInteract was built using Azure Bot Service and lives within Azure as a truly server-less application. Other channels that exist within the Bot-Service include voice, email, social media, SMS, and others are all treated as unique communication channels. As an Azure-based application, Blue Panda CoreInteract delivers several benefits including the ability to deploy to any Azure region worldwide and support of geo-redundancy, single sign-on for Microsoft Office 365 and Azure Active Directory users, and Microsoft Power BI utilization for more complete reporting and analytics.
