("BlueBolt") and Restful Brilliance LLC ("Restful Brilliance"), leading digital agencies based out of Chicago, today announced a definitive agreement for BlueBolt to acquire Restful Brilliance. With this acquisition, BlueBolt will further strengthen its capabilities delivering Enterprise Digital Content & Commerce solutions by combining the resources and expertise from Restful Brilliance into a unified team.
Upon completion of the acquisition, slated for Jan. 2, 2020, the combined company will continue to be privately held and operate as BlueBolt. Robert Strube and Maxim Agaronov, Co-founders of Restful Brilliance, will join the management team of BlueBolt, and David Risner will remain BlueBolt's Chief Executive Officer. Headquarters will remain in Chicago, and offices in Denver and Duluth, MN will continue to operate as normal.
