BlueCloud Puerto Rico Mission Set to Bring Sustainability Outcomes to the Industry

With the support of the local Puerto Rican government, the cooperative of top academic and private research sites known as PRCCI, will act as distributor for BlueCloud Quality Management Systems and its DDIT mechanisms. The site network strategy will include the implementation of BlueCloud technologies which will enhance the educational opportunities, market visibility and quality of life for patients and clinical practitioners.

By joining the Global BlueCloud Network, PRCCI's network of sites will be able to address: 

• Betterment of Puerto Rico's population health – To keep up with privacy and regulations, Healthcare and clinical research professionals will be able to own their BlueCloud professional account where they can access their necessary protocol, training, career certifications and globally accepted standards of care from one, centralized and globally accessible location. Professionals and management can also opt to electronically share these documents for the purposes of demonstrating competencies. PRCCI will have dynamic access to the BlueCloud Education Network and its global providers of standards' training and certification programs that professionals utilize to further their educational, certifications and globally accepted certification requirements and therefore better assist patient needs.
• Promote Investigative sites within the PRCCI Site Network – Using BlueCloud Networking tools, PRCCI sites will be able to connect to global sponsors, CRO's and universities to share and exchange professional and site-specific information and offer real-time site screening, improve study start up, increase study pipelines and ultimately help provide PRCCI site members with added sustainability.
• Enable sponsors access to patient populations for clinical research purposes – Using BlueCloud Patient Mapping application, PRCCI will be able to demonstrate to sponsors and other organizations, the patient populations within each of the PRCCI network members for the purposes of clinical research development.
• Bringing healthcare and clinical research innovation opportunities to patients in Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic and PRCCI members – Patients will ultimately benefit with BlueCloud technology by expediting the product-to-market development process with Sponsors and CROs, thus enhancing access to more diverse populations.
