“As a multi-national startup, inclusivity and respect are equally important as grit and passion in our organization; our success as a business depends on it.
BOSTON (PRWEB) December 12, 2019
BlueConic, the world’s leading pure-play customer data platform (CDP), today announced that it has been recognized for “Best Company Culture” and “Best Companies for Diversity” in Comparably’s Best Places to Work Awards. The awards, which come as BlueConic gears up for significant growth in 2020, are a result of positive scores from BlueConic employee surveys administered anonymously by Comparably.
“As a multi-national startup, inclusivity and respect are equally important as grit and passion in our organization; our success as a business depends on it,” explains BlueConic COO, Cory Munchbach. “We’re all thrilled and honored by this recognition from Comparably - and grateful to have employees who share our commitment to the company’s vision, mission, and values.”
In a blog post announcing the winners of the “Best Company Culture Awards” Comparably states that the winners “received the highest ratings by employees who provided anonymous feedback on Comparably.com to a variety of workplace culture questions over the past year, ranging from office environment and compensation to leadership and work-life balance. The top-rated companies generally rated 15-30% higher in scores than the rest of the companies on the site when employees were asked questions surrounding core culture metrics.”
According to Comparably, the “Best Companies for Diversity” are awarded based solely on how satisfied diverse employees of color (non-Caucasian) are with their workplaces, using the same core culture metrics used to determine the Best Company Culture winners. “Employers who create workplaces that inspire, encourage, and support all diverse voices and contributions are critical to business growth, creativity, and innovation,” said Comparably CEO Jason Nazar.
BlueConic will double its workforce in 2020. The company is responding to increasing demand for its CDP as companies are seeking solutions to help them liberate their first-party data while also responding and adapting to customer data privacy concerns. More information on careers at BlueConic can be found on the company’s website.
About Comparably Awards
Comparably Awards are derived from sentiment ratings provided by employees who
anonymously rated their employers on Comparably.com from November 19, 2018 through November 19, 2019. There were no fees or costs associated with participating, nor was nomination required. To qualify, Large companies (500+ employees) needed a minimum of 75 employee participants and Small/Mid-Size companies (less than 500 employees) needed a minimum of 25 participants. The final data set was compiled from 10 million ratings across 50,000 U.S. companies within the 12-month period. To be fair, answers to each question were given a numerical score and compared to similar size employers, with additional weight given to companies with more employee participation.
