As a result of rigorous work schedules, PLAINTIFF was allegedly from time to time interrupted by work assignments while clocked out during what was suppose to be off-duty meal periods.

DEFENDANT obtained consumer reports allegedly without proper authorization because the authorization and disclosure form signed by PLAINTIFF allegedly failed to comply with the requirements of the FCRA, ICRAA, and CCRAA. PLAINTIFF was allegedly unaware the authorization being signed included a credit check, as the authorization language was unclear. The inclusion of the extraneous information in the background check disclosure and authorization form allegedly violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Investigating Consumer Reporting Agencies Act, and the Consumer Credit Reporting Agencies Act.
