Additionally, as a result of rigorous work schedules, Plaintiff and California Class Members were, on occasions, unable to take thirty (30) minute off-duty meal breaks. Plaintiff and California Class Members were also allegedly required, on occasions, to work for more than five (5) hours during some shifts without receiving a meal break.
