Acar joins BluSky from Cushman & Wakefield, where she served as National Director of Property Marketing and led more than 50 marketing and creative professionals across the Americas. Her career includes leadership roles at Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE, and JLL, with experience turning ambitious ideas into marketing programs that build brands, connect with clients, and support business growth.
Across those organizations, Acar has built and transformed teams, strengthened collaboration between marketing and sales, and introduced new approaches to brand development, demand generation, and digital marketing. She pairs creative thinking with a practical focus on giving teams the tools, direction, and support to do their best work.
At BluSky, Acar will lead marketing strategy, strengthen the company's brand presence, and help create new opportunities across key markets. Working closely with Sales and Operations, she will focus on bringing BluSky's story to life and developing programs that support local offices and build lasting client relationships.
