BLVD Communities Unveils New Name Along with Rebranding and Three New Product Lines

Boutique Denver builder introduces BLVD Signature, BLVD 55, BLVD + MAIN, and more as part of its rebranding initiative.

Ahead of its 10-year anniversary, BLVD Builders, previously known as BLVD Communities, completed a name and brand refresh, which reflects their goal and continuous mission - building high-quality homes in sought-after neighborhoods in the Denver Metro Area. In addition to their name change, BLVD Builders also unveiled three new sub-brands.

BLVD Builders’ name change is a reflection of what the company does and what it is at its core: a home building company creating some of Denver’s most exciting communities. As the brand expands, they plan to serve a variety of buyer profiles.

As an additional part of this rebranding effort, three new product lines have been established. BLVD + MAIN features low-maintenance homes located in typically high-density areas. BLVD 55 provides high-caliber homes for active adults across the city. And BLVD Signature encapsulates their luxury line, boasting distinct floor plans and high-end finishes.

“This is an exciting time for BLVD Builders. We’re growing, our product line is growing, and we want our brand to reflect that. In fact, we were ranked #2 for Denver Business Journal’s 2021 Fast 50 XL Category, which is really an honor,” says Aaron Foy, owner of BLVD Builders.
